new embroidery

This is a new design by my daughter Heather. I used my own color threads and stitches. I think the colors that I used goes well together and I am quite please with the result. What I will be doing with it is another matter, but I have a couple ideas already, it is only a matter of choosing which one I like best .

Here is a small new color pencils picture that I have done about three weeks ago, between doing my embroidery. I enjoy doing this as it does help not to be doing the same thing all the time. I want to improve my color pencils work as well.
