here is another of my birchtree painting. It is done on stretch canvas, but being a different size,more on the long and narrow width, I could not found a frame for it, so I hang it the way it is. It does not deter from the look of it.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you that the tableau looks lovely even without a frame. I personally like this form of canvas, although I have not painted myself one of this dimension.You are so goooood with your birch trees and lakes, typical scenery at your end of the world. I just love your creation!!

Mum... isn't it funny how that even though I am at your house several times a week, I don't always remember the painting you are showing here and I have to look again!!! Indeed you have always been great at your birch trees... there is definitely nothing wrong with having no frame on this picture.... lovely. Hugs.
