CQ block,a bit more work.

I did a bit of work on my block. It does not look too great right now,but I guess once I add more embellishment it might help. I am still studying it to see what else I can do . It is not as easy as one might think,as one as to be careful to use the right color to unify the whole block.

  1. Dear Mom,
it is coming along very nice your CQ block. I like your laces and trims. One step at a time. The embellishment is a slow process choosing this and that, but you are definetly getting there. I'm sure that it will be dazzling when you are finished.

  2. Every little bit of work helps to get things completed, VBG! It is a challenge to come up with ideas and inspiration to bring it all together.... but you'll get there. Hugs.

  4. Hello Laurette, You have done a lovely job of adding the stitches and lace. Do you know what you will use the block for??? If you have a theme maybe you could add some stitched motifs in the center of the patches??? Just an idea.
