Another embroidered cushion. I done this one a couple years ago when my friend Kay wanted to do something different than quilting ,cross stitch, knitting. She wanted to do embroidery, maybe needlepoint ,and could I worked with her on these. The firs thing she done was a needlepoint with a little bit of help,it did not take long before she could do it on her own. Then we decided to do an wool embroidery cushion. The design was not too hard, and turn out very nice.
Dear Mom, I agree with you that it turned out lovely. You have done so much in all different kinds of crafts, mostly self-taught, quite a talented lady! It is a joy too see your treasures. Hugs Love Theresa
Mum... this cushion is lovely, I had a good look at it the other day... we girls are sure getting a lot of lovely heirlooms, VBG! You've still got the gift of creativity. Hugs.
I have always had a love of the computer and had a desire to have a blog. With the help of my daughter, that has now become a reality.
I am french by birth, and taught myself English at a young age - please forgive my sometimes incorrect grammar.
I am a mother of four children, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
I like to create all kinds of different things and am constantly working on something. I do everything from needlepoint, embroider, and cross stitch, to painting, drawing and writing.
I love to learn and enjoy the challenge of learning a new craft or task on the computer.
Sometimes, changes are a good thing!!!
